To gain this NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading qualification you will need to submit, and pass, all of the tutor marked assignments. Unit 3: Understand how to communicate work-related information (20 hours)

Unit 6: Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace (15 hours)
All businesses need to get the best from their employees. This means that supporting equality and diversity in a company is a necessity for all managers and leaders. Throughout this unit you will learn how to ensure every person you work with feels supported and is treated to the same standards.
This unit will teach you to:
- Understand the implications of equality legislation
- Understand organisational standards and expectations for equality and diversity and context in the workplace
Unit 7: Understand how to deliver customer service and resolve problems (30 hours)
This unit covers customer service and how to resolve issues that can arise. We will look at customer service delivery as well as how service should reflect a company’s brand. Finally we will move on to look at how to resolve issues as well as gather feedback to improve service.

Unit 8: Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues (15 hours)
In this unit we will cover the principles of effective team working and how various groups of people can come together within an organisation to collaborate.

This course can be taken over a 12 month period but you can complete it as fast or as slowly as you wish.
